Treat the venue with care and respect. Usage of property, furniture, LED lighting, technology, games, books, and miscellaneous items at Spacious are mostly fragile, please be mindful accordingly.
Please keep in mind that the cables, chargers, office supplies, and anything owned and provided by Spacious are as needed in Spacious for your use at Spacious, and should not be removed from Spacious proper under any circumstances.
Spacious is provided as is, with furniture and seating arrangements understood beforehand. Should you have a need to bring in additional seating, tables, or any other equipment not provided by Spacious, it 1) needs prior authorization by Spacious 2) can only be brought in from the side entrance.
Never place anything sharp or dirty on the furniture in the lounge area, tables, or chairs, as it will damage it beyond repair.
Spacious provides snacks and drinks for your enjoyment. While food is permitted in Spacious and you are more than welcome to bring your own, hot food must be stationed in the kitchenette area.
Reasonable wear and tear are included in the rental of Spacious, outright damage and negligence are not. You will be responsible for any irresponsible behavior and damage to furniture and property.
Spacious is not suitable for children.
Spacious is a 100% smoke free environment.
Spacious is under 24-hour video surveillance.
FYI: The main space of Spacious is exclusively yours, to be enjoyed privately by your guests and company. In addition, Spacious offers a kitchenette and two bathrooms for your use while here. The kitchenette and bathrooms are a shared space with others not necessarily guests of Spacious.
While at Spacious, feel free to adjust the lights and thermostats to your liking. Before you leave however, there is no need to close the lights, or to check the thermostats.
Before you leave and lock, please make sure you take all your belongings with you. Rented or brought-in equipment, technology, food, clothing, and anything you bring to Spacious must be removed or picked up within 24 hours of vacating Spacious. Otherwise, Spacious cannot take responsibility, and items will be discarded.
Entry to Spacious is keyless, you will receive a code to gain access to Spacious as agreed.
We reserve the right to fine at our discretion, if terms accepted are not kept.
Spacious is booked in 3 hour increments.
Spacious also offers a 1-hour pass for those that need a quick business meet to get it done.

Spacious can be paid by cash or Zelle (QuickPay) only.
50% is due at booking, the other 50% is due when you get access to Spacious.

The conference table is 18’ long, has seating for 15, and can comfortably accommodate more, depending on the seating you might choose to bring in.
The lounge area accommodates additional 20 people.
Any outside furniture or equipment that you might want to bring in and use at Spacious, must have prior authorization.
Spacious is as is what it provides to our hosts regarding its tables and chairs. If you have a need for more seating or tables, you’ll have to make arrangements with a rental company.
